Palms at Waikiki

Previously designed as a hotel, the Palms at Waikiki now stands as a full-pledged condominium complex, and has gained reputation as one of the top residence areas in Hawaii. All units have undergone complete makeovers, ensuring that each nook and cranny of the complex has a classic touch of Hawaii.
The Palms at Waikiki is typically considered as a “condotel”, which quite obviously is a combination of both hotel and condominium. Management typically asks its occupants to pay the down payment first, which range anywhere between 25 to 35%.
For some condo units here, such as those with even numbers, have excellent views of the Fort DeRussy Park, Diamond Head and even the sparkling Pacific Ocean. For the odd-numbered units, occupants can enjoy sights of the beautiful metropolis and Hawaii’s magnificent mountain range.
The complex lacks parking stalls, although there are still parking spaces available for rent. The maintenance costs cover electricity, centralized air conditioning, water, sewer, CCTV surveillance, security guard services and hotel workers as well.
A minimum of 1 day stay is required for all condo unit rentals.
