Located in the much more peaceful side of the city, the Waikiki Sunset is the perfect residence complex for those who love living in the beachfront area. Being managed by Resort Quest, which is also formerly known as Aston, the Waikiki Sunset is advertised primarily as a hotel for the whole family.
Centralized air conditioning is provided, while security is excellent – it includes very accommodating hotel staff and your very own private security guard. Despite most of the units being recently converted into fee simple terms, 2 main lot owners are still residing in the complex – the St. Francis Hospital and the Liliu'okalani Trust.
A minimum of one day is required for all condo unit rentals.
